Since she arrived, within two weeks, she visibly improved. The staff have been excellent, both from a medical and caring perspective. The external physiotherapy has been extremely beneficial. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, and the dining room and terrace are very pleasant.

Originally from Ukraine, Oksana brings extensive clinical experience and strong leadership to her role as Deputy Manager at Loveday Belgravia. A qualified nurse, she has worked across both hospital and care settings, including complex neurological rehabilitation and senior care management.
Oksana supports the daily running of the residence, ensuring excellence across clinical standards, care planning and team development. Deeply proud to be part of Loveday’s pioneering model of care, she is passionate about delivering experiences that feel truly personal and dignified for every Member. Outside work, she enjoys playing tennis, staying active, and spending time with her family.
Relationship Manager
Alastair Glossop brings broad experience across the later living and care sector to his role as Relationship Partner at Loveday. His career includes senior roles with Evergreen Lifestyle Villages in Cape Town, as well as Riverstone Living and Brio Retirement Living in the UK, giving him a strong understanding of both residential care and retirement living environments.
At Loveday, Alastair guides individuals and families from initial enquiry through to welcoming new Members, ensuring the process is clear, considered and well supported. He takes pride in providing reassurance and continuity throughout the journey. Outside of work, Alastair enjoys music, travel and rugby.
Hospitality Manager
With over 15 years of hospitality experience across some of London’s most prestigious venues, Kameliya brings a deep understanding of service, style and leadership to her role as Hospitality Manager at Loveday Belgravia. Having progressed from her first role as a restaurant runner to managing landmark destinations such as the National Gallery and Kew Gardens, she combines operational expertise with an instinct for creating refined, welcoming environments.
At Loveday, Kameliya oversees the restaurant and lobby operations, ensuring every detail reflects the highest standards of care and presentation. Known for her calm, elegant approach, she leads with warmth and precision, fostering a culture where staff feel valued and Members feel at home. Outside work, she enjoys travel, strength training, yoga and spending time in her beloved Cyprus.
