  • Dementia Care Mapping utilised extensively to evaluate mood and engagement in every activity
  • Holistic treatments, spa and therapeutic services
  • Multi-disciplinary medical team comprising GP, physiotherapist, psychiatrist, pharmacist, geriatrician, occupational therapist and nutritionist
  • All Loveday nurses are registered to deal with complex care needs

Loveday's highly engaging activities programme has been developed over 5 years of evidence.

The activities are ever-evolving and curated around each Member’s unique lifestyle, attuned to their personal interests, hobbies and preferences.

  • Activities are curated to stimulate, helping to delay and alleviate symptoms of dementia and ageing
  • Developed in conjunction with the University of West London, collaborating with leading academics alongside artists, scientists, technology, hospitality and design 
  • Regular excursions to The Victoria and Albert Museum, Royal Opera House, Albert Hall, Saatchi Gallery, Chelsea Flower Show, Hurlingham Club, trips to Greenwich, Chelsea Physic Gardens, Christmas markets and local shopping

Lisa Nichols

Membership Manager

Lisa’s role at Loveday is centred around Membership services, handling any enquiries from Members and their loved ones surrounding the Day Club, Loveday Residences, Respite or Loveday at Home.

A passionate people person with a wealth of experience in delivering exceptional services and experiences, Lisa has worked in hospitality, events and care settings; she is adept at understanding individual needs and is highly resourceful and responsive. Lisa’s previous role as the Client Relationship Manager at Signature Senior Lifestyle, a leading care home provider, coupled with her own personal experience of caring for a loved one, has equipped her with the knowledge, compassion and expertise for working in the care sector.  She understands from a personal perspective the stresses and apprehension about finding care solutions for loved ones and is determined to ease the pressure and transition for anybody seeking advice and support.

Caithriona Dowling

Membership Manager

Caithriona Dowling, a Membership Manager at Loveday, is the primary point of contact for new Members and their families. Her role is to ensure a seamless transition to Loveday, guiding individuals from their initial inquiry, through tours and onboarding. Cat is known for her vibrant, approachable and organised nature, and she is exceptionally resourceful. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her meticulous approach, providing comprehensive support every step of the way. Cat excels in attention to detail and her collaborative nature and extensive knowledge of the healthcare systems ensures she is perfectly placed to liaise with external medical teams, hospitals and facilities, gathering any necessary information to deliver a smooth transition.

With over 20 years of experience as a paediatric nurse, Cat has a passion for caring for people of all ages. Her dedication to family-centred care extends to Loveday, where she diligently follows clinical guidelines to provide personalised, high-quality care and Member experiences. She is also responsible for conducting medical and lifestyle assessments for prospective Members.

Outside of her role at Loveday, Cat enjoys staying active at the gym and planning her next travel adventures.

Victoria Radmore

Membership Coordinator

Victoria Radmore is the Membership Coordinator at Loveday, responsible for guiding people through the journey from initial enquiry through to onboarding new Members. Victoria has enjoyed an exciting career in the healthcare industry spanning 16 years, six of which have been in the care sector working for providers including Gracewell, Hallmark and Care UK.

For Victoria, her passion for care runs in the family. She was inspired to join the care industry by her mother who has dedicated her life to working in senior care. Victoria’s warm and empathetic nature ensures she effortlessly guides families through the process when enlisting care services, bringing ease and reassurance during what is often an emotional time. Her extensive knowledge, practical approach and calm personality make her well-equipped in finding solutions to every care enquiry, even the most complex requirements.

A passionate “foodie”, Victoria loves dining at the best restaurants and can often be seen sampling the Loveday menus with Members. She looks forward to enjoying tea with you soon!
