A hugely experienced care professional who exudes compassion and empathy, Louise touches the lives of all she has the pleasure of caring for with her energy and gregarious nature.

Louise began her career in care by completing a degree in Adult Nursing at The University of Surrey, followed by a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management, where she carried out research relating to supporting older people to live well at home. Her passion for care was ignited as she saw the positive impact she was having on the lives of the ones in her care.

Louise has held various nursing roles in the hospital and the community as well as in care homes, with her previous role as General Manager at Loveday Kensington where she led the team to receive a CQC outstanding rating on the first inspection.

With over 15 years’ experience working in the care industry, Louise understands how to deliver excellent care and support, not only to those receiving it but also to their loved ones, whom she advises and guides through the care journey. Louise’s previous role as a CQC inspector has inspired her approach and equipped her with the knowledge and skills to deliver excellence in care at every level, at a time when people need it the most.

As the Director of Wellbeing at Loveday, Louise oversees all of the care services, ensuring innovation and outstanding standards are maintained throughout, whilst adhering to Loveday’s vision and values. 

Louise ensures every individual has an enriched life and achieves their dreams. Louise wants to eradicate the idea that when a person needs care it’s the end of the road- in fact, it’s quite the opposite! Her determination, drive and enthusiasm are infectious - no job is too big or too small or unachievable.

Lisa’s role at Loveday is centred around Membership services, handling any enquiries from Members and their loved ones surrounding the Day Club, Loveday Residences, Respite or Loveday at Home.

A passionate people person with a wealth of experience in delivering exceptional services and experiences, Lisa has worked in hospitality, events and care settings; she is adept at understanding individual needs and is highly resourceful and responsive. Lisa’s previous role as the Client Relationship Manager at Signature Senior Lifestyle, a leading care home provider, coupled with her own personal experience of caring for a loved one, has equipped her with the knowledge, compassion and expertise for working in the care sector.  She understands from a personal perspective the stresses and apprehension about finding care solutions for loved ones and is determined to ease the pressure and transition for anybody seeking advice and support.

Warm, approachable and highly resourceful, Lisa is always happy and ready to help. 

Victoria Radmore is the Membership Coordinator at Loveday, responsible for guiding people through the journey from initial enquiry through to onboarding new Members. Victoria has enjoyed an exciting career in the healthcare industry spanning 16 years, six of which have been in the care sector working for providers including Gracewell, Hallmark and Care UK.

For Victoria, her passion for care runs in the family. She was inspired to join the care industry by her mother who has dedicated her life to working in senior care. Victoria’s warm and empathetic nature ensures she effortlessly guides families through the process when enlisting care services, bringing ease and reassurance during what is often an emotional time. Her extensive knowledge, practical approach and calm personality make her well-equipped in finding solutions to every care enquiry, even the most complex requirements.

A passionate “foodie”, Victoria loves dining at the best restaurants and can often be seen sampling the Loveday menus with Members. She looks forward to enjoying tea with you soon!
