Shelley Kruger joined Loveday Belgravia following a career in luxury later living, where she developed an understanding of both the property and personal considerations involved when people are thinking about the next stage of their lives. Her professional experience, alongside her own experience of care settings, has shaped the way she works with prospective residents and their families.
As Relationship Partner, Shelley places particular importance on trust, listening carefully and understanding what matters to each person before guiding them through the process of joining Loveday. She works closely with the clinical and hospitality teams so that individual preferences and requirements are understood before a resident arrives, helping to make the transition as considered and reassuring as possible. Shelley enjoys music, theatre, dining out, travelling and reading, as well as spending time with family and friends.
