Registration was very easy. The care staff were extremely welcoming and went to great lengths to ensure I was comfortable. The kitchen team were very accommodating and prepared delicious, enjoyable meals.

The infrastructure and facilities are more like a 5* hotel than a care home and are far ahead of any other care home that I have seen (and I have seen many over the years), but it was not these that stood out for us. Rather, it was the professionalism and empathy of the staff and the level of care that they provided, which was truly outstanding.
