Jessica Jiang

Deputy Manager

Jessica Jiang, Clinical Deputy Manager at Loveday Esher, brings over 30 years of clinical expertise and a steadfast commitment to exceptional Member care. She began her career in China in 1993, spending a decade in a large acute hospital before moving to the UK in 2003 and qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 2007. For the past 13 years, she has led clinical teams, guiding her service through multiple CQC inspections and achieving an “Outstanding” rating in Effective, Responsive and Well-led domains.

Specialising in complex neurological care, Jessica is known for her calm presence, meticulous attention to detail and personalised approach, always going above and beyond to ensure Members feel supported and truly valued.

Judy Urmossy

Relationship Partner

With a background spanning hospitality, aviation and property, Judy Urmossy brings a wealth of client-facing experience to her role as Relationship Partner at Loveday Esher. After studying Hotel and Catering Management, she travelled the world as a stewardess for Gulf Air, later managing London restaurants and spending 16 years as a successful estate agent.

At Loveday, Judy provides compassionate guidance to families exploring care options, drawing on her professional expertise and personal experience caring for her mother. As a Dementia Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Society, she is committed to raising awareness and supporting both Members and their loved ones. Outside of work, Judy enjoys travel, time with family and friends, and rediscovering life’s simple pleasures.

Jess Morris

Lifestyle Partner

With a decade-long career in Film and Television, producing documentaries for the BBC, National Geographic and Disney+, Jess Morris brings creativity, organisation and emotional insight to her role as Lifestyle Partner at Loveday Esher. Her experience in hospitality across Canada and New Zealand further refined her understanding of personalised service and meaningful connection.

At Loveday, Jess designs and delivers a varied programme of engaging activities that support wellbeing and celebrate individuality. She is passionate about creating experiences that spark curiosity and joy, helping Members feel fulfilled each day. Outside of work, Jess enjoys hiking, travelling and spending time with loved ones.

Arthur Favalessa

Hospitality Manager

With over seven years of experience in hospitality, Arthur has led food and beverage operations across prestigious environments including the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where he oversaw services with precision and discretion, and supported Operation Golden Orb ahead of King Charles’s Coronation. His background working with senior British Army personnel and members of the British and UAE royal families has shaped his meticulous and people-focused approach. At Loveday Esher, he is dedicated to delivering refined, person-centred hospitality that balances excellence with genuine care. Outside work, he enjoys travel, museums, art and music.

Alex Morte

Head Chef

Alex Morte has been part of Loveday since its earliest days, bringing more than eight years of dedication, creativity and culinary expertise to his role as Head Chef at Loveday Esher. His passion for food and wellbeing drives everything he does, from crafting nourishing menus to leading engaging culinary masterclasses for Members.
Winner of Care Chef of the Year 2016, Alex takes pride in creating dishes that bring comfort and connection – with the Sunday roast remaining a firm favourite. Living in Surrey, he enjoys food, fitness and travel, and believes that good care is about helping Members live their best lives every day.

Jemma Clark

Head Housekeeper

With more than 30 years of experience in housekeeping, Jemma Clark has built her career across both hotels and care homes, bringing high standards and strong leadership to every role. Before joining Loveday, she successfully managed a large housekeeping team for over a decade, gaining a reputation for reliability, organisation and attention to detail.

As Head Housekeeper at Loveday Esher, Jemma ensures the residence is maintained to the highest standard, creating an environment that is welcoming and comfortable for Members. Drawn to Loveday for its beautiful setting and refined atmosphere, she takes pride in contributing to the success of the residence. Outside work, Jemma enjoys hiking with her German Shepherd and horse-riding whenever time allows.
