Before joining Loveday, she held senior roles including GP Liaison Manager, Team Leader and Head of Business Development for a leading private hospital.
Passionate about building strong, lasting relationships, Akta thrives on working closely with medical professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients. She has extensive experience collaborating with both NHS and private consultants, GPs and referrers, with particular expertise in the private healthcare sector. Her strong network, deep market knowledge and exceptional communication skills are invaluable in supporting the medical community in London and Surrey.
Jessica Jiang
Clinical Deputy Manager at Loveday Esher
Jessica Jiang is the Clinical Deputy Manager at Loveday Esher, bringing over three decades of clinical expertise and a deep commitment to excellence in Member care.
For the past 13 years, Jessica has led and inspired clinical teams, including successfully guiding her service through multiple CQC inspections and achieving an outstanding rating under her leadership.
Specialising in complex neurological care, Jessica has extensive experience in brain and spinal injuries, genetic neurological conditions, tracheostomy and ventilator support and PEG care.
She is passionate about delivering the highest standards of care, always putting Members at the heart of every decision and adding personal touches. Known for her calm presence, meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach, Jessica ensures every Member receives care that is not only clinically exceptional but also highly personalised. She always goes above and beyond to enrich daily life and create an environment where Members feel truly valued and supported.
