Each resident has a private suite, complemented by elegant shared spaces, dining and lifestyle experiences. Registered nurses work closely with in-house and visiting specialists to provide coordinated clinical care, while taking time to understand the individual behind each care plan.
We support individuals living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s and other long-term or complex conditions. Care can also include specialist physiotherapy, cognitive support, rehabilitation and palliative care where appropriate.
From the beginning, our nursing teams take time to understand each resident’s clinical needs, routines, preferences and priorities. This understanding informs a bespoke care plan and provides the consistency needed for long-term care.

Transitioning Into Permanent Care
Our Relationship team is available seven days a week to provide guidance throughout the transition into permanent care. They will spend as much time with you as you need, answering questions and helping you understand the assessment and admission process.
We respond to short-notice and urgent enquiries and, in many cases, a private suite can be ready the very same day you make contact. We can also support transitions from home or hospital, subject to assessment and availability.
Before admission, a comprehensive assessment is conducted to understand clinical needs, personal preferences and daily routines. This information is shared with the nursing team so that your care can be planned before admission and the transition managed sensitively.
Maintaining Family Connections in Care
Families and loved ones can be an integral part of life at Loveday. Regular communication helps ensure that those closest to each resident remain informed about their care, while families can take an active role in decisions as needs change.
