Transitioning Into Alzheimer’s Care
Transitioning into residential Alzheimer’s care is a significant step. Our Relationship team is available seven days a week to discuss your circumstances, answer your questions and guide you through the assessment and admission process.
We respond to short-notice and urgent enquiries and, in many cases, a private suite can be ready the very same day you make contact. Transitions from home or hospital can also be supported, subject to assessment and availability.
Before admission, a comprehensive assessment considers your clinical needs, personal preferences and daily routines. This information is shared with the nursing team so your care can be planned before you arrive.
Maintaining Family Connections in Care
The people closest to you remain an important part of your life at Loveday. Your family can stay informed through regular communication and contribute their knowledge to conversations about your care.
Loved ones are welcomed to visit, share meals and spend time with you, whether in your private suite or within the wider residence.
