Team Members Shortlisted for Prestigious Industry Awards

We are thrilled that two members of our team have been shortlisted as finalists in the Dementia Care Awards 2019. Caroline Gibbs has been shortlisted in the category for Best Activities Coordinator and Gabriela Zackova is a finalist in in the Best Dementia Manager category.
The annual national Dementia Care Awards recognise the most outstanding dementia care in the care sector and pay tribute to individuals who have gone above and beyond in delivering the highest performance in their field of work.

Gabby has a very unique style of management built on the foundations of exposure to all roles within a care home environment. She has a first-hand understanding of what it takes to perform every job within a care home and truly understands how her team can be supported to deliver the very best care and service at every level.

Caroline has enriched the activities schedule at Chelsea Court Place and has had a truly positive effect on the residents. Caroline puts a lot of effort into cultural celebrations, even going to great lengths to decorate the home to create a special experience. Caroline takes the time to get to know and understand the needs of everyone in her care, so she can personalise excursions, activities and events, making every day meaningful.

Congratulations Caroline and Gabby and thank you for your ongoing hard work and dedication, it's truly appreciated. Best of luck for the finals!
