Executive Chef Matthew Dodge will represent Loveday in the final of the NACC Care Chef of the Year 2026 competition on 14 October at Loughborough College.
The national competition celebrates culinary talent within the care sector, testing the skills required to create exceptional food while understanding the nutritional needs and preferences of those being catered for.
Matt’s place in the final is recognition of the skill and knowledge behind Loveday’s approach to dining. From menu development to the dishes served each day, his work reflects the belief that later life should never mean compromising on the quality of food or the pleasure of dining well.
