The sound of vocals, guitar and double bass echoed through the residence during a recent performance by three musicians from the Royal Academy of Music.
Sylvie Noble, Toby Snowden and Zaki Osahn presented an afternoon of live jazz, bringing together voice, guitar and double bass in a programme performed at Abbey Road.
After the performance, residents enjoyed refreshments and spent time speaking with the musicians. Questions covered their studies, musical influences and the experiences that led them to pursue careers in jazz, offering a glimpse into life at one of the world’s leading conservatoires.
