LEADERS IN CARE ANNOUNCED

We are delighted to announce that THREE of our team members have been recognised as LEADERS IN CARE by industry-leading magazine Care Home Professional. These awards are a reflection of the passion and dedication demonstrated by our leaders on a daily basis. We are thrilled to have the industry’s most talented leaders working with our team at Chelsea Court Place, truly making it a wonderful home.

Our Chairman Laurence Geller CBE has been recognised in the Executive Management Category, as he inspires the team at Chelsea Court Place to deliver excellence at every level, going above and beyond in their duties to provide the very highest standards of bespoke care, activities and services. Laurence’s philanthropy in both dementia research and education is an inspiration to the industry. His commitment is reflected in his many positions which include Chancellor of the University of West London, where Laurence is leading the expansion programme in Dementia Care at the University's College of Nursing, Midwifery and Healthcare alongside his role as the Global Business Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Society National Appeal Board.

Our Head of Operations and Compliance Christine Valentine-Bunce has been announced as a leader in Operations and Development. Christine was instrumental in opening Chelsea Court Place, overseeing the refurbishment (from a maternity hotel into a care home!) and maintaining high spec dementia-friendly interior design throughout the home. Christine hand-picks every member of staff and ensures the highest standards of training and support are administered so that every day is lived well, for every member.

Gabriela Zackova, the General Manager at Chelsea Court Place has been recognised as a leader in Care Quality and Compliance. Gabby is dedicated to maintaining excellence in care and helping to raise industry standards. Gabby’s unique style of management has been built on the foundations of exposure to all roles within a care home environment from carer through to registered nurse then rising through the management ranks to her most recent post of General Manager.
