I live in Coulsdon Town in Surrey

Hobbies & interests:
I love travelling and cooking

Favourite part of London:
Tower Bridge along the Thames is so beautiful

Favourite restaurant (in London):
I love the restaurants in The Shard, you get a spectacular view of London’s skyline and a wonderful dining experience!

Favourite holiday destination:
Spain, Istanbul & Greece are always my go-to destinations!

Favourite movie:
Mellow

Career highlight?
Working as Regional Quality Improvement Manager under Excelcare. Moving to Loveday is also a highlight!

Favourite meal to enjoy with Members?
Fish and Chip Friday

What music gets you dancing with Members?
Jazz music always gets me dancing

Favourite part of the job?
Meeting with the new team and sharing my knowledge and experience.

Favourite activity to do with Members?
Everyday conversation with the Members and learning about their lives

Favourite part of the day?
Seeing the Members taking part and enjoying the activities.

What gets you out of bed in the morning?  
What gets me out of my bed is the drive to continuously deliver above and beyond quality care to all the Members.

If you could take Members on a journey anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
If given the chance, I would love to take Members to my home country The Philippines to show them the beautiful beaches and breath-taking landscapes, to sample the amazing cuisine and experience the wonderful culture. It's more fun in the Philippines!

What does care to you?
Being a nurse is my greatest fulfilment in life. Delivering the very best person-centred care and seeing the Members happy and content as a result of this is what good care means to me.
