What gets you out of bed in the morning? 
Apart from my 4am Alarm Clock, the desire to give people wonderful food experiences to
evoke their happy memories.

If you could take Members on a journey anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I would take them to Brazil - Fernando de Noronha as it is one of the most beautiful places in
the world. Here the members could experience raw nature, unique exotic food and wonder at the amazing marine life.

What does good care mean to you?
Understanding the members, respecting, hearing their views and carrying out their wishes.
