Laurence Geller, CBE

Laurence is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of Loveday & Co and Chairman of Geller Capital Partners. Both of Laurence’s parents had Dementia. Laurence is an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur who has led multi-national corporations in hospitality, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BEE). Previously, he held positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hyatt Development Corporation, where he jointly founded Classic Residences, a US nationwide senior living and healthcare company.

On December 31, 2011, Laurence was named a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Laurence was previously Chairman of the Alzheimer's Society's Dementia Appeal Board and has now assumed the role of the Alzheimer's Society's Global Business Ambassador. Laurence is also the Chancellor of the University of West London, where he created a masters programme in dementia and founded The Geller Institute of Aging and Memory.

Guy Geller, is currently Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Pacific Founders Living Communities and President of Grace Management, Inc. Guy is Co-Chairman and Co-Founder of Loveday & Co. Grace operates senior living communities across the US with a portfolio of approximately 50 buildings throughout North America.

Previously, he was Managing Director of senior housing for DiNapoli Capital Partners overseeing senior housing investments. Prior to this, Guy was the UK Managing Director of Sunrise Senior Living, a portfolio consisting of 27 assisted-living and memory-care communities with a capacity of 2,800 beds. Before taking the helm at Sunrise, Guy was Senior Director at Brookdale Senior Living.

Guy has served on the board of the Illinois chapter of the Alzheimers Association, was an advisor to Alzheimers Society (UK) and a commissioner for the Commission on Residential Care (UK).

Guy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts of Sciences from Cornell University.

James Cook

James is Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer and founding partner of Loveday & Co. James has over 20 years' of executive experience in healthcare including sales, marketing and operational roles. In recent years, he has successfully formed and managed a range of businesses in the private healthcare sector. Recently, James was Managing Director of Genova Diagnostics Europe and Commercial Director of the Cadogan Clinic in Sloane Street, Chelsea.

James is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a graduate of London Business School Essentials of Leadership programme and has an MBA from the Sydney Graduate School of Management.

Both of James’s grandparents suffered from Dementia and he is a member of the Dementia Action Alliance for both Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster, he is also an active member of Alzheimer's Society's Dementia Friends programme.

Daren Dalmedo

Daren is Chief Operating Officer of Loveday & Co. Daren has a successful background in the residential care sector, spanning over 10 years and covering a wide range of commercial, financial and operational disciplines.

Previously at Sunrise Senior Living Daren was responsible for operating 13 homes in the London region, serving 1000 residents. Most recently, Daren held the position of Group Operations Director at Oakland Care where he successfully grew the operation, developing and leading key functions including governance, HR, learning and development and home commissioning.

Edie Gould

Edie is Loveday & Co’s Members Service Manager covering a varied and diverse role which includes handling all member relations for both residents and Day Club members. Edie has daily liaison with family and friends of all members, keeping them informed on progress and exciting developments within Loveday Chelsea Court Place.

A former teacher in the United States and most recently having held a variety of business development posts in private healthcare in the UK, Edie has a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with individuals in a compassionate and personal manner.

Edie also manages community relationships for Loveday & Co, building an active network of partnerships to benefit not only the Loveday community but also the wider, local community of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. Edie has intrinsic connections and has fostered important relationships spanning medical and pharmaceutical networks, charity organisations, government agencies and cultural groups. Edie also manages Loveday’s important relationships with Age UK, Dementia Action Alliance and the Royal Hospital Chelsea, to name a few.

Passionate about care and dedicated to improving the welfare of those less fortunate, Edie spends her personal life helping others. She has been a long-term volunteer at the Holy Trinity Brompton church where she helps the homeless, supports parishioners and deals with a variety of age-related issues.
